2. Collection, process and use of personal data

Fujitsu recognizes the importance of personal data by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, or e-mail address (hereinafter “Personal Data”). In general, you can visit the Website without revealing any Personal Data. Fujitsu only collects Personal Data that you have provided, for example when you create a user account or send Fujitsu an e-mail. Fujitsu uses your personal information for the purposes indicated in each case. We do not share Personal Data with third parties unless it is permitted by applicable law or has been agreed by you.

3. Cookies

When you visit the Website your IP address and further details, such as the date and time of your visit and the sites you visited, may be stored on Fujitsu’s server for technical reasons. Fujitsu analyzes this data for trends and statistics. To comply with privacy guidelines, the last byte of your IP address is anonymized. The tracked data does not include your Personal Data. 4. Google Analytics

PICCO, as SaaS application uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics stores information about the users’ use of this application. The information is generally transferred to one of Google’s server in the USA and is stored there. In PICCO the anonymizing of the IP has been activated, so that – beforehand – the user’s IP-address will be shortened by Google either in an Member State of the European Union or in another Member State of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP-address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the user’s use of the application in order to put together a report about the application activities for the application operators and to produce linked services with the application use and the Internet use. Google will associate in no circumstances your IP address transmitted by your browser with the other data which are stored by Google.
By registering for or using PICCO you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses by Google Analytics.

You can prohibit the use of Google Analytics by means of the “Deactivate web tracking” option in the user profile dialog.
